Young hematologists support
The BHS keeps promoting the education of young hematologists and decided to support the attendance of young hematologists at La Cantera and the European School of Hematology
*A “young” hematologist is defined as a hematologist in training or trained for less than 5 years.
The BHS wants to promote the education of young hematologists and decided to support the attendance to:

- 1st Scientific Workshop: How Data Science and AI Transform Research and Care in Hematology (September 17-19, Malahide (Dublin), Ireland)
- ESH-iCMLf 28th Annual John Goldman Conference on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia: Biology and Therapy (October 02-04, Gothenburg, Sweden)
- 10th Translational Research Conference: Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Overlap MDS/MPN Disorders and Clonal Haematopoiesis (October 16-18, Malahide (Dublin), Ireland)
- 5th How to Diagnose and Treat Lymphoma (October 29-31, Prague, Czech Republic)
- ESH-EBMT-EHA-IPIG 4th Translational Research Conference: Bone Marrow Failure and Leukaemia Predisposition Syndromes (November 6-8, Vienna, Austria)
The BHS grant will support up to two young hematologists per course.
The grant will cover their registration fees, travel expenses, and accommodation.*
*Reimbursement of expenses will be based on original invoices. Travel by plane will be in economy class and by train in 2nd class.
